QuizGlobe is the holding company that owns and manages SpellingKids, NEET Flashcards and Adaptive Flashcards. This Privacy Policy applies to the QuizGlobe corporate website at quizglobe.com and explains exactly what we do, and do not do, with your data when you visit it.

Each of our companies publishes its own privacy policy for its apps and web application. Those policies are summarised in section 7, with links to the full text.

This policy covers quizglobe.com. If you use one of our products, that product’s own privacy policy applies.

Information We Collect

quizglobe.com is an informational website. It does not collect personally identifiable information. There is no account registration, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form, and you do not need to give us any personal data to read the site.

No account required. No forms. No personal data collected on quizglobe.com.

Cookies and Analytics

quizglobe.com does not set cookies and does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks or behavioural tracking scripts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send a request to any third-party service.

Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As with any website, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver a page to your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time of the request.

Where access logs are kept, we use them only to keep the site secure and to diagnose technical problems. We do not use them to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.

When You Email Us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside QuizGlobe unless that is needed to answer your request or is required by law.

No Advertising, No Sale of Data

quizglobe.com does not display advertisements. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with advertisers, data brokers or any other third party, and nothing about your visit is used for advertising targeting.

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Our Companies’ Products

The apps and web applications run by our companies handle data differently from this corporate site. The summary below reflects their published policies; the full policy for each product is linked in the table and is the authoritative version.

Android apps

The SpellingKids, NEET Flashcards and Adaptive Flashcards Android apps do not collect personally identifiable information and do not require an account, a login or an email address. Study progress, review history and settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to any server. The apps contain no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs. They are distributed through the Google Play Store, so Google’s own privacy policy applies to downloading and installing them.

Web applications

You can use our web applications as a guest, in which case no data about you is stored on our servers. If you choose to sign in with your Google account on NEET Flashcards or Adaptive Flashcards, the web application stores your Gmail address and your study progress (the decks you have studied, your card review history and your session activity) so that your progress can be saved and resumed across sessions. Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth 2.0: we request only the minimum scope needed to identify your account, and your Google password is never shared with us. These web applications use Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregate usage data such as page views and session duration.

Children’s Privacy

We take children’s privacy seriously. quizglobe.com is a corporate website intended for a general audience, and because it collects no personal information and requires no account, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

SpellingKids is designed for students in Grades 1–10. Its Android apps collect no personal information and require no account creation, which is what makes them suitable for students of all ages.

Links to Other Websites

This website links to spellingkids.com, neetflashcards.com and adaptiveflashcards.com, and may link to other websites such as the Google Play Store. When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the website you arrive at applies. We encourage you to read it.

Data Security

Connections between your browser and quizglobe.com are encrypted using HTTPS. Because this website stores no personal data about visitors, there is no visitor database to be accessed or lost. Email correspondence is held in our email account and is accessible only to the QuizGlobe team.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate data, and to ask us to delete it. This includes any account and study progress stored by one of our web applications. To exercise any of these rights, email us at quizglobedevteam@gmail.com and tell us which product your request relates to. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
